A former dancer, training and development expert, and exercise enthusiast, Angela developed Palm Beach BARRE after being introduced to a barre exercise program in California. After seeing dramatic changes in her body in a short period of time, she was hooked & knew, immediately, that she wanted to introduce this form of exercise to the Palm Beaches, upon her return.
